Platelet-Rich
Plasma Fibrin
A regenerative treatment that supports collagen production and overall skin health.

About the Treatment
Platelet-Rich Plasma Fibrin (PRPF) is created by drawing a small amount of your blood and processing it to concentrate platelets, growth factors, and fibrin. This fibrin matrix allows growth factors to be released gradually, supporting collagen production and tissue repair over time.
PRPF may be injected into targeted areas or applied in combination with treatments such as microneedling, depending on your skin concerns and treatment plan. Because PRPF uses your own biological material, it is well tolerated and carries a low risk of adverse reaction.
Treatment time is typically under one hour, and most patients experience minimal downtime.
Treatment Details
Treatment Time: 45–60 minutes
Technique: Blood draw followed by centrifugation to isolate platelet-rich fibrin, which is then injected into targeted areas or used in combination with microneedling
Discomfort: Mild; topical numbing or local anaesthetic may be applied for comfort
Downtime: Minimal; mild swelling, redness, or bruising may occur and typically resolves within a few days
Results: Gradual improvement in skin texture, tone, and quality over several weeks as collagen production increases
Longevity: Results develop progressively and may be enhanced with a series of treatments, depending on individual goals
Who Can Benefit
PRPF may be a good option for individuals who:
Prefer natural, regenerative treatments
Are noticing early signs of aging
Want to improve skin texture, tone, or elasticity
Have under-eye hollowing or dark circles
Are not ideal candidates for dermal fillers
Wish to support skin healing after procedures
A consultation is required to determine whether PRPF is appropriate for your skin and goals.
Frequently asked questions
When will I see results?
Results develop gradually. Some patients notice improvement in skin quality within a few weeks, with continued improvement over several months as collagen production increases.
Is there downtown?
Most patients experience minimal downtime. Mild swelling, redness, or tenderness at the treatment site may occur and typically resolves within a few days.
Is PRPF safe?
PRPF is considered a safe treatment when performed by a trained medical professional. Because it is derived from your own blood, the risk of allergic reaction is very low.
How many PRPF treatments will I need?
The number of treatments depends on your skin concerns and goals. Some patients benefit from a single session, while others may be advised to complete a series of treatments spaced several weeks apart for optimal, longer-lasting results. This will be discussed during your consultation.
